Have you heard of Le Burger Week? It’s a two-week festival devoted to celebrating Canadian burgers. This year, Kinosoo Ridge is joining in by showcasing our very own LIMITED EDITION Canadian Smash Burger!
Our smash burger is made with two local angus beef patties. Layered with mozzarella, applewood smoked cheese, ketchup chips, mayo, ketchup, lettuce, and local beer battered pickles. Served with a toasted brioche bun to hold it all together and more ketchup chips on the side.
